MCA group is an Australian owned psychological consultancy firm established by the founders Graham Andrewartha and Susan McPhee. In setting up the firm Graham and Susan were driven by three overarching goals – to provide quality solutions to difficult people problems, to do interesting work, and to create a culture of like-minded consultants. Four decades later MCA group remains true to these same three goals.

We employ a team of highly experienced Psychologists with a strong dash of common sense.

We have a hands-on, practical approach to leadership and people management issues, which is also recognised academically. We are well respected for our capacity to develop our own products, which are designed to be tailored for individual organisations.

In addition to our practical experience, we utilise the principles outlined in Graham Andrewartha’s leading management and leadership textbook, Developing Management Skills, currently in the 5th edition. This textbook is included in the syllabus of at least nine prominent postgraduate programs in universities across Australia.

We have provided executive leadership programs for private companies, Federal and State Government Departments, local councils, statutory entities, Higher Education Institutions, Professional Member Organisations, and Not for Profit Organisations.

We are also very proud to be a 20 year Quality Certified Company (AU688-QC) to ISO 9001:2015.
