Her ability to design customised training for results as well as delivering and training others to deliver is well recognised. Susan has guided many organisations though change and restructuring processes, performance management and development programs. She has successfully delivered these services across the private, public, and NGO sectors both nationally and internationally.

Having previously worked in the community sector in both South Australia and the Northern Territory, Alison developed a passion for supporting individuals and their organisations to achieve their goals by leveraging their skills and ability. She also recognises the importance of gaining employee engagement in an often diverse and challenging workforce.
Alison delivers executive and leadership development services by way of individual coaching and group training. A sought after facilitator, Alison enjoys helping to resolve complex conflict situations and addressing both individual and team performance issues. Alison takes leadership for conducting workplace investigations, and is Managing Director for our employee assistance programs.
