With years of experience both nationally and internationally Graham has proven his skills in analysing and evaluating individual and organisational needs. He skilfully provides strategies to leverage current strengths and to rectify identified weaknesses.

Graham’s areas of exceptional expertise include: leadership development and coaching; organisational reviews and change implementation; performance management and development; strategic planning; and negotiation and conflict resolution. He is the author of three Leadership texts; ‘Looking Up Looking In’, ‘Developing management skills’ and ‘Be understood or be overlooked.’ Graham delivers quality consultancy services to public, private, and NGO sectors.

Blending her qualifications in both teaching and psychology Susan provides clear models for solving complex problems. Susan is a passionate and energetic leader in the areas of executive mentoring, coaching, and development.

Susan has significant experience and expertise in conducting conflict resolution processes,including mediation and formal investigations. Her ability to design customised training for results as well as delivering and training others to deliver is well recognised. Susan has guided many organisations though change and restructuring processes, performance management and development programs. She has successfully delivered these services across the private, public, and NGO sectors both nationally and internationally.

Having previously worked in the community sector in both South Australia and the Northern Territory, Alison developed a passion for supporting individuals and their organisations to achieve their goals by leveraging their skills and ability. She also recognises the importance of gaining employee engagement in an often diverse and challenging workforce.

Alison delivers executive and leadership development services by way of individual coaching and group training. A sought after facilitator, Alison enjoys helping to resolve complex conflict situations and addressing both individual and team performance issues. Alison takes leadership for conducting workplace investigations, and is Managing Director for our employee assistance programs.

A registered Psychologist and Company Director with almost two decades experience working within the public and private sector, Peter understands the real-world application of these concepts. He brings genuine substance and value to the discussion without taking himself too seriously.

Peter is also an expert in influential communication. He advocates for positive leadership with the understanding that people and culture are what make an organisation successful. Most importantly, he has not lost his common sense. In this way he strives to convey complex material into practical and business-relevant strategies for audiences to easily digest and adopt.
