New MCA group team members, Mandy Hughes and Nicole Ayres

Today, MCA group is thrilled to announce its continuing expansion with the appointment of Mandy Hughes as Lead Consultant (pictured left) and Nicole Ayres as Administrative Assistant.   

Experienced practitioner, Mandy Hughes joins MCA group as Lead Consultant


Mandy brings over 25 years of commercial experience and a focus on leadership development, coaching, and facilitating impact workshops. She has a proven track record of driving personal and organisational transformation emphasising clear, caring, and impactful communication.

Mandy’s career journey began in nursing and psychology, which laid the foundation for her human-centric approach to leadership. Over the last two decades, she has worked with numerous renowned corporations such as Maersk, AstraZeneca, and GlaxoSmithKline.

In 2016, she founded a consultancy recognised for creating innovative, people-focused programs that drive strategic outcomes and lasting change with companies such as Deloitte, RMIT, and Telstra have earned her acclaim.

Nicole Ayres joins MCA group in the new role of Administrative Assistant.

MCA group is also delighted to welcome Nicole Ayres to the team.

Nicole brings with her over 10 years of experience, with a strong skill set in administration and customer service developed within the demanding Building & Construction industry.  Most recently, she served as an Executive Assistant, where her exceptional organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail ensured the smooth operation of day-to-day activities for the leadership team.

In her prior roles, she has been a key client liaison, and excelled at managing projects through all stages of complexity; a skill which she mastered leading to her advancement in managing a department.
